Keynote Speaker
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Claudius Preville, is an economist and practicing trade and investment services negotiator and policy advisor with more than 20 years of professional experience. His career is distinguished by having conducted more than twenty consultancies as Team Leader in the fields of trade and investment for governments and the private sector in the Caribbean, Africa, Pacific and Asian regions. He has worked on trade and investment projects with several development partners including the European Union, World Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, the Commonwealth, among others.
