1. Acceptance of Terms 

By registering for the BOSL Conference, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. 

2. User Account

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. 
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 3. Registration and Payment 

• Fees: Conference registration may require payment of a fee, as outlined on the registration page. • 
• Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

• Refund Requests: You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if you are unable to attend. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
• Disputes and Chargebacks: If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without contacting support first, access to conference services may be suspended until the issue is resolved. 

5. Code of Conduct 

• Expected Behavior: All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Content Submissions: Any content you submit (e.g., during discussions or presentations) must be your own, lawful, and respectful of others' rights. 

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant the conference organizers a limited license to use it as necessary for the operation and promotion of the event.
• Conference Materials: All conference materials, presentations, and media are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reused or distributed without permission. 

7. Privacy 

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of managing your participation in the conference. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

8. Third-Party Services 

Certain features may be powered by third-party platforms or tools. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. 

9. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the conference, including technical issues, cancellations, or changes to the event format. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the conference is held. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. 

11. Changes to Terms 

The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the registration page and take effect immediately.
