Refund Policy

OGIS OECS Global Investment Summit Registration Refund Policy 

1. Automatic Refund Period 

Registrants are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the original payment date 

2. Refund Requests After the Automatic Refund Period 

Once the 14-day cancellation period has elapsed, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the conference organizers. 

3. Refund Processing 

When a refund has been approved, the following will apply: 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Note that third-party fees (e.g., bank charges, payment processor fees) will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

4. Cancellation Procedure 

To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, the following steps should be followed: 

  1. Contact the conference support team at ogis@boslfundmanagmentcompany.com 
  2. Provide your registration details and reason for cancellation.
  3. Await confirmation and further instructions from the support team.
