Cathyann Alexander-Pierre is a seasoned investment facilitation and promotion
specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting both local and international
investment in Grenada. She currently serves as Vice President of the Investment
Promotion Agency at the Grenada Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC),
where she leads national efforts to attract and support investors across key sectors.
Her expertise includes investment promotion, business coaching, and trade and
policy reform. Cathyann has also held leadership roles within Grenada’s credit union
movement, serving as both Chair and member of the Credit Committee of one of the
island’s leading credit unions. In addition, she has mentored and coached numerous
local businesses, helping them access new opportunities for growth.
She holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and
a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.
