Stephanie Gustave-Antoine is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in sustainable finance, investment management, and financial regulation. She currently serves as a Sustainable Finance Senior Associate at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), where she supports the integration of sustainability principles into financial systems and helps mobilize climate finance across emerging economies.
Before joining GGGI in 2024, Stephanie held the position of Fund Manager at the Bank of Saint Lucia Ltd., managing both discretionary and non-discretionary portfolios, designing investment strategies and contributing to the development of investment products. Her expertise spans asset allocation, risk analysis and client-focused reporting.
Stephanie also served for over a decade at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Saint Lucia, overseeing the supervision of insurance entities, leading risk-based supervision exercises, and contributing to sector policy development. She began her career with research and economic policy roles at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and the Bank of Jamaica, where she worked on macroeconomic accounts, fiscal policy analysis and balance of payments data.
Stephanie holds an M.Sc. in Financial and Business Economics from The University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) and a B.Sc. in Business, Economic and Social Statistics from the Mona Campus. She is currently a Level II CFA Program candidate.
In addition to her professional career, Stephanie is an entrepreneur and operates a family-run chicken egg business in Saint Lucia. With a strong commitment to local food production and sustainable livelihoods, she envisions retiring on her farm—where financial strategy meets peaceful, rural living.
