Cindy E. Jn Baptiste has over a decade of expertise in finance and accounting, with a background in investment banking, capital markets, asset management, treasury management, financial and management accounting and business development. She earned her CFA Charter in 2022 and became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in 2022. Cindy holds a First-Class Honors BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill), where she was a Sir Arthur Lewis Award Scholar. 

As Country Manager at Proven Bank (Saint Lucia) Limited, Cindy leads strategic initiatives, driving growth and performance. Over her tenure at the Bank, Cindy has made significant contributions in the Investment and Treasury Unit and the Financial Accounting and Reporting Unit, where she excelled as Investment Manager and Financial Controller. 

Cindy hails from the community of Degazon and enjoys reading, travelling, and being a cat mom.
