Mr Leon Bullen is a Grenadian national who has dedicated over 20 years of his professional life to the development of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU). He has worked with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) since 2004 in his capacity as country economist for Anguilla, Montserrat, Saint Lucia and Grenada. Mr Bullen has written papers on fiscal and debt issues, energy pricing policies, private sector development and foreign direct investment, among others.
Mr Bullen holds a master's degree in economics from New York University (NYU) and a
Bachelor's in the same field from Morgan State University. He also successfully completed his
MBA with the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC), with specializations in business analytics and Entrepreneurship. Mr Bullen is an avid sports enthusiast and actively participates in tennis, football, volleyball and marathon running.
