Rolf K. Phillips is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning over 30 years in international, commercial and retail banking. His extensive and proven track record includes building and leading high-performance teams, developing and implementing strategy and business change and building intermediary relationships to drive business development.

Appointed as Managing Director of Bank of Saint Lucia Limited in November 2020, Rolf leads a team of banking professionals, dedicated to improving the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities across Saint Lucia.

Prior to his current role, Rolf served in a number of key leadership positions including President and CEO of Consolidated Finance Co. Limited, a subsidiary of Ansa Merchant Bank Ltd; Managing Director Retail and Wealth Management at CIBC First Caribbean. He also previously served in several other key senior roles with CIBC First Caribbean International Bank and Barclays Bank PLC. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the University of the West Indies and a Director on the Board of Bank of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Rolf is also President of the ECCU Bankers Association where he is working to transform the organization to provide broad based support to the industry through an effective network of committees and working groups.

Rolf is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (ACIB) of the United Kingdom.

A Grenadian by birth, Rolf now calls Saint Lucia home, as he leads an institution which has a long history of being a pillar in the Saint Lucian community.
