Michael McQuilkin, CFA, MBA is a seasoned investment professional with over 12 years of experience in investment banking, portfolio management, equity research, and the energy sector. Currently, he serves as the Senior Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy at Republic Bank Limited, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive growth through mergers and acquisitions across the Caribbean region.

Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Investment Banking at Republic Bank, where he was instrumental in executing over USD $2.5 billion in M & A financing, project finance, and direct lending transactions across various industries, including financial services, renewable energy, real estate, and infrastructure. His expertise encompasses financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Michael is a CFA Charterholder and has completed an Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a minor in Geophysics from the University of Calgary. Known for his analytical acumen and collaborative leadership style, Michael continues to contribute significantly to Republic Bank's strategic expansion efforts.
