Mr. Hadley currently serves as the Analyst in the Investment Department at the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He is also a Licensed Principal to the Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange (ECSE) and has been a registered participant in the market for the last 12 years. Mr. Hadley has experience in merchant banking, investment and portfolio management and other areas across the Regional Financial Sector. He is a Graduate of the University of the West Indies and is committed to the development of the capital markets within the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).
