Cedric Charles is a finance and investment professional from Saint Lucia, currently based in Dominica. He serves as Deputy Managing Director of National Bank of Dominica Ltd., overseeing strategy across investment, operations, finance, marketing, and technology. With over 20 years of regional experience, Cedric has held senior roles including General Manager at BOSL Fund Management Company and Senior Manager at Investment Banking at Bank of Saint Lucia. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Finance & Financial Law from the University of London, he has led key initiatives such as launching the ECCU’s first indigenous mutual fund and growing assets under management to $1.6 billion. Cedric is known for his strategic insight, innovation, and leadership in the Eastern Caribbean financial sector.
